Summary
Concrete EVO, a bespoke concrete countertop company led by former US Marine, needed a brand identity and marketing materials to resonate with a predominantly female audience while showcasing the craftsmanship of custom concrete work.
Logo & Brand Identity
The branding for Concrete EVO focused on creating a sleek and classy logo to appeal to a female audience. Despite the rugged background of the owner, Bryce, the design emphasized elegance with thin, continuous lines in “evo.” The shape is reminiscent of the symbol for “infinite” or “forever.” These lines symbolized the seamless nature of the company’s signature waterfall countertops, blending sophistication with craftsmanship.
Photography & Social
To build excitement for the launch of the new website, a social media countdown campaign was developed. Posting twice daily, the campaign mirrored the stages of countertop creation: “We’re mixing…, We’re framing…, We’re spraying…, We’re polishing…, We’re sealing…, We’re installing…, and Live Now.” Each post featured original photography that highlighted textures and materials from the workshop, providing an authentic, behind-the-scenes perspective.
Custom photography also documented commercial projects, showcasing countertops installed at Mister B’s Pizza, The Refinery Cafe, and Amy’s on Franklin. This visual content underscored the versatility and quality of the craftsmanship, helping the brand connect with its target audience and establish a strong presence in the market.
